Bäco Mercat is to quote the website," the home of the “bäco,” the signature flatbread sandwich that was developed by chef Josef Centeno." I read about them the other night and was able to make a reservation during an attack of insomnia while out of town last week. This gave me something to look forward to eating when I got back in town.

"Mofongos" Finally a good Puerto Rican Restaurant in Los Angeles!
Pardon the Punctuation...Nestled on a busy street in a grungy part of North Hollywood sits Mofongos restaurant . Had they not been a featured deal on Living Social, I probably would have never heard of them. With the coupon we got two drinks, one appetizer, two entrees, and one dessert. We sat outside which was nice since it was cool outside and they allow dogs.

After being told a 45 min to 1 hour wait for a table, we actually waited 90 min for it. Though the manager was more than accommodating, the food and service were completely sub par.
