Pardon The Punctuation...In case you don't know I'm the son of Cuban refugees...sooooo rum drinking is kind of in my blood. I love discovering a new rum with a completely different flavor profile from what I'm used to drinking. Kōloa Kaua'i Hawaiian rum is the newest bottle I've added to my arsenal.
Tasting Notes: Strong notes of cola will punch you right in the nose. Vanilla and coffee notes enhance the smooth finish. I absolutely love this rum. It would be great in a piña colada but I prefer it just with a couple of ice cubes. A great find and wonderful addition to anyones rum library.
