Bodegas Valduero 2001 Gran Reserva Review.

Pardon The Punctuation... Love me some Spanish wine and the Ribera Del Duero region in happens to me my favorite. I recently had the blessed opportunity of drinking a grand bottle of wine from the region. Bodegas Valduero is a producer of solid wine that is always a good value. While in Barcelona in 2002 a waiter recommended a bottle with my dinner and I've been a fan ever since. Their 2001 grand reserve tempranillo just rocked my world. Hints of blackberry, coffee, and leather. It's a low acid wine with an elegant finish. You could drink this today or cellar it for 15 years. God bless "Ribera Del Duero." Thank God I have two more bottles in the cellar. It's not cheap but you won't be disappointed.
